Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a vital role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Provide general support to visitors
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain supplies inventory (office and kitchen)
- Ensure operation of office equipment
- Assist with expenses reimbursements
- Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues
- Assist in ordering office lunch and setting up special events
- Act as a back up for other members of the office admin team
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years as an receptionist or administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
This position will work full-time in the office.
